You have at least five years of experience as a corporate-side (or RPO) recruiter or sourcer.
Your sourcing skills are very strong, as you can’t remember the last time that you met a req that you couldn’t fill.
Your ability to form meaningful relationships with hiring managers is as strong as your ability to engage with candidates, and both your hiring managers and your candidates rave about you.
As stellar as you are as a recruiter or sourcer, you are equally stellar as a person. Your colleagues love working with you because you are a keen listener, you have a strong work ethic, are quick to help others, and always exude positivity.
About The Opportunity
We’ll either put you out on billing with one of our clients as a contract recruiter, or we’ll have you working internally within our RPO team. Either way, you’ll be paid a w2 hourly rate, and will also be eligible to participate in the company’s health insurance plan and 401(k) plan.
